M. Dandenault is president, CEO and majority shareholder of Retec company which he founded (1995). He defined technology requirements following the needs of industry and led the product from concept to market on a commercial basis. Subsequently, he worked for Dandenault subsidiaries of the Cascades for nearly 15 years successively as a representative director of sales and new product development, technical trainer for representatives, responsible for marketing and marketing new products and new projects responsible for all factories.

As the leader of Retec Inc.. Mr. Dandenault ensure development of the company by providing strategic guidance and resources at all levels: research, technical, commercial, manufacturing and finance. During the past 15 years at Cascades he managed the implementation of the new industry standards and evaluation of price and product performance, led the development of new types of paper / cardboard, turning losses into profits in a significant plant 25,000 tons, formed and acts as a lecturer with people from technical and commercial, has initiated the classification and standardization of products at levels of streamlining and optimizing the industrial manufacturing market in North America.

M. Dandenault has gone to law school (University of Sherbrooke) from 1974 to 1976 and has extensive knowledge of technical features to the paper industry from around the world.
